Work Experience: 07 to 10 years hands-on experience in the Hospitality industry.
 

Skills required:

1) Ensuring performance measurement systems are in place and communicating the same to employees.

2) Devising & implementing commensurate rewards and recognition mechanisms.

3) Ability to work independently is a must

4) Provide end-to-end solutions in HR.

4) Should have essential IT skills.

5) Should posses thorough knowledge in latest HR/IR trends and practices.

6) Should identify opportunities where HR will act as a facilitator to improve employee and company relationship.

7) Understanding competency process and ensuring implementation of developmental plans.

8) Good people management skills is a definitive must.

9) Strong verbal and written communication skills is a necessity.

10) Required to posses strong multi tasking ability.

11) Commitment to high quality delivery and above all a passion for excellence is desired.
