- Laundry will be delivered in 48 hours.
- Dry cleaning clothing will be delivered in 48 hours.
- Immediate delivery of clothing will incur an additional 100% charge.
- Laundry orders must be of 5 KG or more for free pick up & delivery.
- Every effort is made to deliver the clothes on time, however due to some unforeseen circumstances, if delivery is delayed, we will keep you updated about the delivery time.
- Customers are requested to check the clothing at the time of delivery.
- We are not responsible for fastness / paint / shrinkage / embellishments / embroidery work on clothes during the process.
- We make every possible effort to remove stains, but Lavender Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services will not be responsible for stubborn and non-removable stains.
- All articles are accepted at customers risk.
- Please note that we will not be responsible for the maintenance of clothing, if the garments are not collected within 15 days from the scheduled delivery date.
- We are not liable for the loss or damage of clothes due to any reason be it fire, dent, etc.
- The tariff of clothing will be decided on a case to case basis based on the complexity of the clothing. The rates mentioned in the price list are indicative and minimum.
- We will do the job of cleaning the clothes, in the best possible way our technicians deem fit. The various cleaning methods we deploy will vary from technologies like evaporation, detergents and softeners, soft washes for delicate fabrics, perchloroethylene, hydrocarbons.
- We are active on all social media platforms digitally.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Jaipur only.
- For promotional purposes, we may use pictures of your clothing.
- Our prices may vary from store to store and city to city.
